Introduction

As I reflect on my journey, I am grateful for the opportunities that have brought me to this point. Growing up in the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Haiti, I received my primary, secondary, and university education in Adventist institutions. I then went on to work as a pastor, teacher, department director, and school principal in northern Haiti for approximately six years.

Despite my professional experience, I felt compelled to pursue further education. With faith and determination, I was blessed to have the opportunity to travel to Canada for graduate studies at the master’s and doctoral levels. As a pastor and educator, I have always believed in the importance of interdisciplinary learning and the complementarity of knowledge. This belief led me to enroll in this business administration and education doctoral program to broaden my horizons and deepen my understanding of the world of knowledge.

This professional portfolio is a testament to my academic and professional journey, highlighting the knowledge and skills I have gained over the years. It is my hope that this portfolio will provide insight into my abilities and demonstrate the value I can offer as a result of the knowledge I have acquired. I am eager to continue growing and serving as a lifelong learner and practitioner, making meaningful contributions to the field of business administration and education.

Philosophy

As a faithful and ardent defender of multidimensional education, I strongly believe that education must encompass all aspects of an individual, including the mental, physical, social, and spiritual domains. I am passionate about cultivating balanced characters that are equipped to navigate the complexities of professional and social life.

In my view, education is not just about acquiring knowledge and skills but also about fostering a sense of service to others. I believe that serving others is an essential component of personal and societal development, and I strive to instill this value in my students and colleagues alike.

I am committed to promoting a holistic approach to education that recognizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of life. By fostering intellectual curiosity, physical health, emotional intelligence, and spiritual growth, I aim to empower individuals to lead fulfilling and purposeful lives. Through my academic and professional pursuits, I hope to inspire others to embrace a lifelong journey of learning and service, contributing to the greater good of society.

Mission

As a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and a devoted pastor, I consider it my mission to make disciples of all people by sharing the everlasting gospel within the context of the three angels’ messages as described in Revelation 14:6-12. My goal is to lead individuals to accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior and encourage them to unite with His remnant Church.

In carrying out this mission, I am committed to discipling individuals and empowering them to serve the Lord with sincerity and dedication. Through my teachings and leadership, I strive to prepare individuals for the imminent return of Jesus Christ. I firmly believe that the gospel of Jesus Christ has the power to transform lives and bring hope to those who are lost or struggling.

As a pastor, I am passionate about sharing the love of Christ and guiding individuals towards a deeper understanding of their faith. It is my desire to inspire others to develop a personal relationship with God and to embrace a life of service to others. By serving as a faithful disciple of Jesus Christ, I hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around me and bring glory to God.

Vision

As a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and a devoted pastor, I am inspired by the vision of the world church, which is in harmony with the great prophecies of the Scriptures. In my view, the ultimate goal of God’s plan is to restore all of His creation to full harmony with His perfect will and righteousness.

As we work towards this vision, I believe that it is our duty as members of the church to share the good news of salvation and redemption with the world. Through our actions and words, we can demonstrate the transformative power of God’s love and inspire others to seek a closer relationship with Him.

As a pastor, I am committed to helping individuals understand the depth of God’s love for them and guiding them towards a more meaningful and purposeful life. I believe that through prayer, study of Scripture, and active participation in the work of the church, we can bring about positive change in our own lives and in the lives of those around us.

I am passionate about working towards a future where all of creation is restored to full harmony with God’s perfect will and righteousness. Through my ministry and leadership, I hope to inspire others to join me on this journey of faith and service, as we work together to bring about a better world for all.
