As a pastor who has worked in the Seventh-day Adventist church for over twenty-five years, I can testify that church is the perfect place to innovate initiatives for a good working environment. In any way, I believe that the leadership established in the church will play a determining role in this environment which can be attractive or repulsive. There are many departments in the church with directors who each have their own understanding of administration. The main leaders of the church, and especially the Pastor, must promote a leadership capable of building everyone’s confidence, but also allow everyone to understand that a positive and pleasant environment depends on the cooperation of everyone.
