Cultural diversity may seem like an abstract notion, but nowadays it is difficult to do without this reality as the world has become a mini district where some coexist with others. Cultures differ from each other, but we live in the same environment. At church or at school where we share the same environment, we have different customs and mores, but we are condemned to live together. In a class of Cultural Diversity, theoretical and practical notions were instilled in us as part of our doctoral program in business administration. This is what allows us to have a greater understanding of this reality which is essential for our institutions regardless of its nature.
