This competence that I acquired from the worldview class gave me a clear vision of the social, cultural and leadership aspects in the life of the people of God mentioned in the bible. This study also allowed me to make a worthy comparison with the church today which has the heavy task of preaching the word of God in order to win souls to Christ and to keep them in church for the imminent return of the second coming of Jesus Christ. The spirit of prophecy which is an additional light to the Seventh-day Adventist church was used in this class of worldview for a great orientation on the notions that I prioritized, namely social, culture and leadership, notions which can greatly assist in evangelism, church growth and member retention.
